Delivery

Our usual lead time is 4 weeks currently, depending on your order.

We have stopped taking orders prior to Christmas now. Once we have cleared all the orders in January, we will start taking orders again. 

All of our rugs and runners are made to order. All deliveries are made via a professional courier service.

We offer FREE DELIVERY within the UK mainland on all orders. Our free delivery service takes place on weekdays between 8.30 am and 5 pm.

If you are outside of the UK mainland please get in touch by email at sisal@rugsdirect.co.uk and we can quote for delivery to you individually.

Our samples are dispatched by Royal Mail and usually take 3-4 working days to arrive. If you're in a rush, there is an express delivery option for samples at checkout.
